Scoping study adopting a ‘whole-systems’ approach to the processing of cases in Youth Courts
The Youth Court study had a particular focus on identifying the causes of inefficiencies and delays. A multi-disciplinary approach was adopted when examining the processing of cases in Youth Courts. The methods included a review of case files, interviews and observations.
